  My husband and I got married two months earlier when we stayed at this Holiday Inn and since we never had a honey moon we wanted to get away for the week end. We chose this Holiday Inn because it had a romance package for two nights. Big mistake!!! We check in on time and we were told to wait. We found our room. On check in we didn't get our breakfest coupons so we had to go down to the front desk to get them. They didn't give us our chocolate strawberry's that were suppose to be in the room upon check in, we had to wait 65 mins to get them. The bed was by the door instead of by the windows were the couch was so we could hear everything that was going on in the hallway, we complained about the noise, and no one came, so my husband went to the hallway and asked them to be quite. There was a crack between the door and the floor of the front door. Then for our 5 Star Italian restaurant meal that we made reservations for we waited 45 mins to get seated. But the food was great and our couple massage very relaxing. Then what topped it off was they added $75 upon the regular priced quote saying it was mis-quoted

  This is by far the worst Hotel I have ever stayed in. The room(very small) was dirty and sheets had not been changed from the last guests stay. Always out of towels...had 4 people in the room only 2 towel most of the stay. When checking out I forgot my son's BRIGHT green lizard pillow case(sitting on the end of the bed) with his only blanket inside the pillow case, that he has had since a baby, called within 30 minutes from the hotel and asked if someone could get it from the room and ship it home to us on my credit card. Had to call back 3 times till I finally got someone that said they found it and would ship it to our house. It's been 1 month yesterday and about 20 phone calls to the hotel and now they say they don't know where it is or if they ever found it, but if they find it they will ship it to me...right! I emailed Holiday Inn corporate customer service saying I'm not looking for any kind of money, just wanted to see if they could see where my sons stuff might have gone. It's been over a week and haven't even gotten a reply saying we recieved your email and are looking into it. I will never give Holiday Inn another dime of my money.

  This is a wonderful hotel located on the beach in Virginia Beach. It has an indoor pool and hot tub. The rooms are clean and the hotel offers room service as well. There are also rooms available with jacuzzi's in the room. The staff are very friendly. There is valet parking available. Would gladly stay at this hotel on future trips.

  This is a oceanfront hotel that has an indoor pool and hot tub. They also have an excercise room and a restaraunt. The price is wonderful and the hotel is clean. The beds are comfortable and every room has an ocean view. I recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a wonderful beach vacation!
